Cao Yunding is a Chinese professional footballer who has made significant contributions to the development of China's football scene, particularly in the country's top tier, the Premier League.

Born in Jiangsu Province in 1985, Cao began his career with Guangzhou Evergrande FC before moving on to play for Shanghai Shenhua and the Chinese national team.
